The challenge

Hatstore was looking for a bespoke solution to their Swiss customers, knowing that it was quite a demanding market with the customs clearance to be considered. To succeed in Switzerland, Hatstore also realized that they had to include all costs, including the local Swiss VAT and duties, already in the check-out to avoid any surprises for the Swiss consumer at delivery.

The solution

  • Hatstore has been using Asendia´s e-PAQ Select Mailbox Plus product since 2019, for destination Switzerland.
  • Since Switzerland is one of the home markets, Asendia provides in depth knowledge of the Swiss market and the final mile distribution as the “local hero”.
  • Hatstore chose Asendia´s e-PAQ Select product to serve the Swiss customers in the best possible way.
