As Business Development Director GAM you will work directly for the Managing Director Global Accounts & Solutions. This is a fundamental role in developing future growth of Asendia globally by targeting global strategic prospects. To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong proven track record in selling e-commerce solution to key retailers and platforms. A good network with large (e-commerce) brands & marketplaces globally as well as the understanding of competitive landscape of global e-commerce delivery providers with its product offering is essential for this position. In addition, you will be building long term, strategic relationships with new and existing customers to continuously identify new opportunities to grow and bring practical solutions to hard problems. So that Asendia Group can increase their market share and engagement to these high-profile e-commerce accounts. You will ensure we capitalise and grow our business in e-commerce, maximising our potential and sales of e-Paq & Mail products plus our Value Added Services. You are tenacious and self-motivated and have a natural drive to score. You have strong communication skills and be able to collaborate with people from different cultures and background as you will be working closely with the local subsidiaries. As a result, you will achieve your targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
